Yoga is back for the new year and the Students’ Union will continue to bring you yoga as a weekly event – Tuesday Yoga will begin on January 10 - Please see below for the Spring 2012 Schedule!

Take part in a fun weekly yoga class! All levels welcome to stretch, build strength, breathe and relax. Classes will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. A great way to meet other students on campus while staying healthy in both body and mind!

Please be on time and bring your own mat if you have one but don’t worry, we have a few extra so don’t be shy!

Lydia is an enthusiastic and experienced yoga instructor, who loves sharing this life changing practice with others! Currently teaching at OpenDoor Yoga, she will make sure classes are accessible and fun for all levels and abilities.
