Bounce Back

A program designed to aid adults who are experiencing symptoms of depression, whether mild or moderate. It also helps adults with low mood, stress and anxiety.



A website filled with self-help resources, information and personal stories. Whether you are looking to support yourself or someone else, the website aims to provide information related to substance use and mental health.


Heads Up Guys

A program developed out of UBC, this initiative has resources, services and programs looking to break stigma and improve the mental health of self identifying men.


Apps & Hotlines

Here2Talk (online and phone) – Here2Talk connects students with mental health support when they need it. Through this program, all students currently registered in a B.C. post-secondary institution have access to free, confidential counselling and community referral services, conveniently available 24/7 via app, phone and web https://here2talk.ca/main
